Description of the spiral classifier：

Spiral classifier is equipment in the form of an inclined trough, in which one or two rotating shafts are placed with tape spirals mounted on them, made on a helix, designed to separate the size of finely divided material in the aquatic environment during the enrichment of minerals. The spiral classifier is widely used in the separation of crushed ores of ferrous, non-ferrous metals and similar materials, in the desliming of building sands and in the dehydration of pulps.

The principle of the spiral classifier：

Spiral classifier uses different effects of gravityinto different fractions of crushed materials.Lighter fractions rise to the surface of the water-filled trough, and then are removed from the classifier. When the spiral rotates, the water contained in the trough is pushed forward. Heavy particles sink to the bottom, and then return to the ball mill with the help of a spiral.
