Magnetic separator principle:

Under the influence of a magnetic field, magnetic ore particles are magnetically aggregated, forming a"magnetism group"or"magnetism chain". The"magnetism group"or"magnetism chain"is subjected to the magnetic force in the suspension and moves towards the magnetic pole and is absorbed in the cylinder. The non-magnetic minerals in the"magnets"fall off during the flip, and the"magnets"that are eventually attracted to the surface of the cylinder are the concentrates. The concentrate follows the cylinder to the weakest part of the lip of the magnetic system and is discharged into the concentrate tank under the action of the wash water jet from the water drain pipe.
