This machine is equipped with a tread pressing function, which can press the tread rubber against the repaired tire, and can release all the air between the tread rubber and the tire, and is equipped with a tread cutting system. Grinding arc radius adjustment range: 400-3000mm, a certain arc can be polished according to the requirements of the special tire retreading process. Tire rotating speed, tire grinding speed and tire feeding speed are controlled by frequency converter, which can steplessly adjust the grinding speed, rotating speed and tire feeding speed to meet different requirements of grinding speed, tire rotating speed and feeding speed in tire tread pressing and tire grinding process, as well as when grinding tires with different characteristics. The standard tire rim width can be adjusted at will to meet different standard rim width requirements of different tires.
