Principle of flotation machine:

The material to be separated is loaded into the chamber in the form of pulp. When the impeller rotates, intensive mixing of the pulp and foaming occurs due to air suction. Adjustment of the amount of air supplied is carried out by the rotameter valve.

The floating foam product is removed from the chamber by the blades of the foam mixer. The presence of a scalloped wall with a hole in the chamber makes it possible to return particles accidentally brought into the froth product to the lower part of the chamber, which improves the quality of flotation.
